ITC Ltd, which has launched its e-store across seven cities with 700 plus products during the Covid-19 pandemic, is now planning to soon double its geographical presence, a senior company executive said.
Shuvadip Banerjee, vice president, marketing services, foods division at ITC said, "Consumer centric innovations like itcstore.in supplements ITC's deep collaborations with its traditional and new-age supply chain partners, whilst reposing people's trust in the ITC brand. We are delighted to expand the itcstore.in direct delivery service to more geographies."
ITC currently sells products across 46 categories through the e-store. This includes organic and multi-grain atta, ghee, frozen snacks and cooking pastes, luxury chocolates, ready-to-eat, hygiene products among others. The platform has been carefully developed with in-built capabilities of managing ambient, cold, frozen and fresh products.
To drive traffic, the company also runs surprise offers at Rs 1 for the new products that ITC has launched in the e-store, while delivery is free for an order value of Rs 750 and above.
ITC's e-store has recently won leading fulfillment ratings in an independent survey done by Redseer amongst 10,000 consumers.
