ITC Foods' Initiative To Empower Women Farmers In India | Future. Female. Forward

The 'Naanu Kooda Raitha' / 'Main Bhi Kisaan' initiative by ITC Foods was recently featured on the CNBCTV18 Future Female Forward programme. Under the initiative, women farmers - or farmerettes - are trained in critical skills like harvest management, nutrition, financial literacy and more. A rebranded fruit juice, "Be Farmerette," has also been launched to raise awareness on the work of women farmers.
