Fabelle launches exclusive V-Day Fabelle 'Hearts Collection'

As Valentine's Day approaches, Fabelle Exquisite Chocolates, the luxury chocolate brand from the house of ITC, invites couples to celebrate love with its 'Valentine Date' at Fabelle Chocolate Boutiques. An exclusively customised chocolate experience crafted to reflect the stages of a relationship.

The stages are designed into Fabelle's unique 'Theatre of Chocolate' extravaganza, which captures each stage through indulgent chocolate creations and immersive experiences.

In stage one, couples are taken on a sensory adventure, starting with getting to know each other over a mood board of chocolate-making, covering the whole bean-to-bar journey. This is followed by exploration of different facets of each other's personality through a chocolate tasting session involving 7 varieties of chocolates. As the date progresses, couples can indulge in a Fondue Pot reminiscing the activities they like to do together. Stage 4 is all about capturing the lasting memories of this day with a Polaroid photo keepsake. Next up is a decadent feast of 3 entremets accompanied by coffee. The culmination of the evening is with a gift hamper takeaway.

Fabelle has curated two attractive packages for the 'Valentine Date'. The Signature Date package is priced at INR 4999 and Royale package is priced at INR 3499. These packages can be availed across the Fabelle boutiques at ITC Maurya, ITC Maratha, ITC Kohenur, ITC Grand Chola, ITC Gardenia, ITC Windsor or ITC Sonar Bangla, before 18th February.

To make the day even more special, Fabelle launched an exquisite 'Fabelle Hearts Collection'. A box of special heart-shaped chocolate pralines that embodies the essence of love's journey. From the initial feelings of attraction, infatuation and passion to the ultimate stage symbolised by divine faith and madness, each heart-shaped praline in the box is meticulously handcrafted to evoke the emotions and all the milestones of love.

 FATAL ATTRACTION: Indulge in a praline that's inspired by the initial attraction, to mark the first stage of love. Savour the pristine white chocolate shell filled with milk choco mousse and delicious caramelised Macadamia nuts.

• FIERY INFATUATION: Crafted to evoke the excitement that manifests when sparks fly, this delightful praline reflects the fiery power of infatuation. It consists of a milk chocolate shell housing a spicy mousse that brings to life the intensity of the second stage, where every moment is filled with desire.

• PASSIONATE LOVE: A celebration of two hearts coming together, this praline is an experience that entwines the sweet and sour moments of passionate love. This velvety ruby chocolate shell filled with lemon conserve and dark mousse captures the depth of passionate love.

• TRUE FAITH: Inspired by the angelic faith and unconditional trust between soulmates, this praline is crafted with luscious dark chocolate dipped in pure cocoa liquor, embodying the phase of complete worship and love between two hearts.

• DIVINE MADNESS: This praline draws inspiration from the eternal love that rises to the level of madness. There is no soul which will remain untouched by this experience of the culinary fusion of rich chocolate and divine cheese mousse with a hint of French Sea Salt in a milk chocolate shell.

The 'Fabelle Hearts Collection' is priced at INR 2499 and is available across all Fabelle boutiques as well as on Swiggy and Zomato till 18th February 2024.
