The iconic 'Bukhara' by ITC Maurya celebrates 45 glorious years of serving unique dining experiences . It's a place where you are served a rich culinary heritage with its roots in the north-west frontiers of India. Where exquisite dishes come to the table in a charming rustic setting, reminiscent of dining in the warm glow of a campfire. Where thousands - including heads of states and presidents - have enjoyed with delectable, flavourful gastronomic creations like Sikandari Raan, chargrilled vegetables, and the legendary Dal Bukhara and Naan Bukhara.
Interestingly, the restaurant has kept the same menu since its origin in 1978, said chef JP Singh, and shared unique cooking techniques, sourcing practices and reveals what goes into the making of the legendary 'Dal Bukhara'.
Anil Chadha, Chief Executive, ITC Hotels, said, "As we celebrate 45 glorious years of Bukhara, we reflect on a journey filled with timeless flavours, cherished memories, and an unwavering commitment to consistency and quality."
